John's Automotive genuinely cares about their customers!
When I visited them today without an appointment due to a safety issue with my car, they went above and beyond. Despite being fully booked, they quickly checked my car to ensure my safety and didn't charge me anything. They kindly gave me with an explanation of the problem and guidance on what steps to take next. Service: Vehicle Inspection

Don't listen to knitty Kay's review, this is a great shop that has served me and my family for years. I never leave reviews, today I looked to see if they are open and I saw the bad review and just had to respond. They do good work at a fair price and are very honest which is rare in the auto world. They've told me the severity of the issues and have even advised me that some things could be held off or didn't need to be done, no upselling and no pressure. I've taken 3 different cars here over the years, my parents have always taken their cars here as well and we have gotten great service for 10+ years. Today my car has a leak and I know who to take it to right away. The bad reviews must be from competition or incompetent people.
