        Update from my review above on 09Aug22: upgraded to 5 stars. Some clips were broken when removing the trim around my windshield and had to be reordered through Infiniti. They Luisa ordered them immediately and they came in quickly but they were bent. This occurred a couple more time but Scott and Luisa were both persistent and did not let it set, they stayed on Infiniti and finally acceptable parts came in. Scott and his partner installed them and the QX56 looks like new again.Great job to all that were involved. I hope I do not need to but if I do I will use them again.
