I've used Sugar Bear Plumbing a few times. They installed my water heater and dishwasher. Recently they completed a sewer lateral video inspection I needed done. They are all very kind and nice to work with. Especially Lawrence and Ian. Service: Water heater installation

We installed a new water heater, moved the gas line for the dryer, and installed a new exit vent. The plumbing work was done perfectly. Gas was shut off to the house which also extinguished the pilot light on the furnace. When they turned the gas back on they did not relight the furnace and did not tell me that they did not do it. At no point was the gas shut off to the pilot. So after they turned on the gas to the house gas was leaking into my garage until I discovered it this morning. They did acknowledge and apologize for the mistake. Guess we were lucky we didnt have a bigger issue.

Ian phoned to let me know he was on the way and arrived 15 minutes early. He was friendly and efficient and summed up the drain blockage problem in minutes. He cleared the blocked drains and cleaned up after himself all in under an hour. I would use Sugar Bear services again in a heartbeat.
