Finally got to come here after trying to come in twice. Winnie was attentive and introduced me to a couple of their lines. Sales reps were in the field but she answered my questions and guided me to the custom order details I needed. Looking forward to the next steps.

Not happy with this company, writing on behalf of my 70 year old parents who bought sliding glass doors a few years ago. They woke recently to the outside panel of their sliding glass door completely shattered. They called the police and police said there was no evidence of anyone/thing breaking the glass. They called Pella to let them know the window must have shattered due to being installed incorrectly or temperature changes and Pella said NO something must have broken it so it would NOT be covered under warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. For the price paid for the glass Pella should stand behind their work and not make excuses to get them out of being responsible for their product failing.

This review is for Winnie at Pella's Pasadena Showroom. In our opinion, Winnie exemplifies what every professional in the industry should be willing to provide to the customer. Although Winnie could have easily sent us packing with the information she had already provided to us on an earlier phone inquiry to which her ultra professional response was to provide us with the contact information for the Sales Rep responsible for our territory of the greater Los Angeles area. However, when our attempts to reach that representative, Darren, had failed (I'm hoping it was because Darren was trying to enjoy his well deserved vacation time) that's when Winnie stepped up to the plate to hit one out of the park for her employer, Pella, by refusing to give up on HER customer. And instead of sending me packing, she went ahead and proceeded to give me the rundown on options available and everything else I could possibly need to know about the more than $100,000.00 worth of Multi-panel sliding doors I needed pricing on for my bid on this scope of work for a premium retailer's latest Southern California location. And because she was willing to help me out with the pricing i needed, I was able to submit my proposal in time to be considered for the project and it's looking very good for our team, which I consider Winnie to be a valued member of. If Pella knows what's good for themselves, they will move Winnie out from behind that desk and into a commissioned Sales position with a decent base salary where she can make the company not only look fantastic... like she does already... but out in the field, to meet with customers, like me, who could really benefit from her extensive knowledge of the products Pella offers. Because when the customer benefits, everyone does! And if the higher ups at Pella are smart, they should do it soon... before somebody like me steals her! Thank you Winnie... you're the best!
