I took my 5-year-old Max in for an ear infection. He had his ears cleaned and flushed. They gave him some antibiotics and something for the itching. I take my Yorkie there too and I love how sweet they all are. They are well taken care of at SPAH.

We took our cat Dipper in because we noticed that he wasnt eating or drinking and feeling lethargic. We took him in to the vet and they gave us a very comprehensive overview of our options and treatments. They also let us know the costs ahead of time which was incredibly nice. Unfortunately Dipper had kidney failure and we had to put him down. It was incredibly hard but the staff and vet made it a lot easier for us. They gave us as much time as we needed. We were in the process of moving and they were even able to send us Dippers remains to our new house. I will be forever grateful knowing that in his last days of treatment he was surrounded by a team that really cared.

I took my bearded dragon Simbasaguey to the urgent care and was very relieved at what a great place south Pasadena animal hospital was. Everyone was super kind and compassionate and the entire visit went very quick and they prioritized him due to his acute illness. I really appreciate the rare positive veterinary experience. Every staffer I interacted with was great. Thanks again guys.
