        I found Ellen's Silkscreening online while looking for a business that did embroidery work. On a Sunday evening, I sent an email regarding my small project and I was contacted the next morning by AnnMarie. She asked what I was looking for and gave me information on their minimum order. I explained what I was hoping to do for a golf outing at the end of the month and when I would need them. I know I was pushing it because I arrived at my decision to do this quite late in the game. AnnMarie responded to my information and told me that the workload was such that they could not accommodate my request. She also told me that she even tried to move their schedule to accommodate me but that wasn't possible. Despite their inability to fill my need, I was completely blown away and thoroughly impressed by what AnnMarie did next. She gave me the name of a competitor in Pasadena that she recommended highly. In the future, if I am in need of embroidery or silkscreening, I will make my first call to AnnMarie at Ellen's Silkscreening.

        We are so grateful to Ellen's for fulfilling our school's merchandise order! We had a few issues with the product and Howard went above and beyond to make it more than right. We considered using Custom Ink but Ellen's prices were so much better and we were thrilled to support a local business. We know why they have 36 5 star reviews and are looking forward to working with them on all future orders!
