        Bill was a very easy going and laid back professional guy. He installed a SpringWell whole house water softener/filter system secured by earthquake belts and a tankless RO filter under the sink with a line running to my fridge. He was reasonably responsive and really went out of his way to meet my needs. He did not hesitate to address any problems. His price for the job was a fraction of the cost I was quoted by other plumbers with other big companies, which is a benefit of working with Bill, who works solo with minimal overhead. Service: Water tank installation
