Great location.. room was clean and comfortable, but we had a view of the parking lot.. service was good ..they had just transitioned from Diamond to HGV the day before we arrived, so there was some confusion, but otherwise okay....would definitely come back to this hotel, but ask for a room with a better view...

The hotel is okay. One bedroom suites are small, but nice and clean enough. Is nice that is close to the mountains and shopping places. However, we had a weird situation on our first day here when we found toys and a bitten tortilla on the balcony floor with an empty plastic juice bottle. Actually, one of the toys was found inside the room, so we called front desk to let them know and after a good 30-40 minutes they sent a very nice guy who kindly removed the items. After the incident management/front desk didn't do anything, not even apologizing for the weird inconvenience of having things that didn't belong to us inside our room. The only explanation they gave us was that maybe the housekeeper left those items by mistake???? even when we had our "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door's knob. There was non explanation about what happen at all. Then, the next day we noticed a strong weed smell. The smell got so unbearable that we needed to turn off the thermostat, open the balcony door at 1:30am at 48 degrees and put paper bags and towels against the door to reduce the smell inside our room. The bathroom was even worse. This property is suppose to be a non smoking hotel, but it seems they let guests smoke inside the rooms and do nothing about it. I know and understand smoking weed is legal and I have no problem with that but if they claim to be a non smoking hotel, they shouldn't be allowing guest to smoke at all in the first place. We also asked for TP on the phone, and after 45 minutes, my husband went directly to ask for it because they never brought it. For our scheduled cleaning day, that was supposed to be at 10 am they never came. Service at this hotel SUCKS! Beautiful area, okay hotel amenities, really bad management. The hotel is okay.
