I worked with Chris, Brooke, and their team on the sale of my Kirkwood home. The house had been on and off the market for a number of years without much activity or success using a different realtor. We made the switch based on a recommendation and low and behold almost instantly started to see some activity. The house was sold within several months of its listing. Everything was handled very professionally and due to the weather conditions at Kirkwood this winter we did have some challenges, that were well navigated, to get to closing.
