Lux Villa Vacation Rentals

Absolute fraud. Booked a family trip to ski in Tahoe, turned absolute nightmare with a house in shambles, sewage in the bathtubs and plumbing issues throughout the house. We have tolerance to the fact that things like this can happen. However the lies, the rude back and forth exchanges were unacceptable. Along with the company trying to charge and blame my family for the issues. DO NOT BOOK WITH LUX VILLA VR.

This company gives 100%. After dealing with other management companies, unsuccessfully, lux villa has always showed up. Extremely professional staff and promptly answer all our needs.

If I could do zero stars, I would. This management company was extremely aggressive then completely ignored our emails. There is no phone number and a (seemingly evil) management team hides behind an anonymous inbox. We also arrived to a dirty house with the sheets and trash not taken care of. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Great cabin!  Extremely well stocked.  Comfortable beds and furniture.  Great communication with host.  We had a blast! Will definitely stay again!

Their property fell apart during a long-term stay.  The upstairs heater broke and they failed to fix it during our stay.  Temperatures were about 50 degrees Fahrenheit on the second floor as a result (for 45 days).  The dryer did not work for over 30 days.  They claimed that there would be snow removal if over 4 inches falls in a 24 hour period.  However if ANY car is in the driveway, the snow remover will ignore your house and not ask you to move the car.  Given that parking in the street is illegal for vacationers in South Lake Tahoe, snow removal was rarely performed.  When confronted with the above issues, we were met with rude, inconsiderate employees doing their best to minimize and ignore our complaints.  We were forced to go through AirBnB to have their listings classified as inaccurate and seek compensation.  After leaving the rental, we were asked what kind of "compensation" we would like to ignore the issues we experienced and write them a 5 star review.  Hopefully for all readers, this makes clear that this company buys their reviews and all 5 star reviews should be distrusted.I strongly suggest you avoid this negligent and incompetent company at all costs.
