        I emailed Summit Plumbing via Summits web site asking them to provide a quote for a project and never heard back. I called them and left a message with their receptionist asking them to provide a quote for a project and never heard back. If they cant respond to customers trying to give them business, Im not certain what one could expect if you contract with them. Beware.

        Both the dispatcher (Mary) and the plumber (Dave) were extremely responsive and accommodating as I waited for my home warranty to approve replacing my failed water heater. When it was finally approved, they made sure to complete the job as fast as possible. Service: Water heater repair

        I received a call very early and a time was set . Darryl came and cleared the line with a snake and was friendly efficient and very helpful in answering all my questions. I am very pleased from the great experience I've had now and in the past. Also the price was reasonable!
