Updated 2024. Just purchased my new home. Worked with Aaron on my first condo in 2020. Wanted a house now so I could have a garden and a yard. Found my dream home and didnt want to lose it by waiting too long. He had me preapproved before I even went to visit the house. He takes care of everything. Honestly without the work he does, I wouldnt be able to navigate my way through paperwork or ever even own a home. He even got me an amazing rate in this market.
This post was from 2020. Hadnt been posted yet. Last week I paid my very first mortgage payment. It was the first time in my life that I didnt throw money away to rent or pay someone elses mortgage. When I made the decision to look for a house, I had to go through two different people, who I thought were mortgage brokers and were not, who wasted my time; 3 months of my time. I fortuitously called Luna Lending out of the blue, being disenchanted with the whole experience and heading to Google. He answered my call and met with me the same day. I despise paperwork. Aaron sat down with me, drafted a letter and had me approved within 24 hours. 3 months I wasted, with what this man could do in a day! Between him and my real estate agent, I was in my new home so fast I barely had time to pack. He was experienced with VA loans, so much so, that he had my entire condo complex approved just for my loan to go through (the complexs first VA loan), and I didnt even feel any time delay. Now the entire condo association is approved for future VA loans. I have an amazing location. I got the best rate. He made it so I had minimal closing costs and made sure I was prepared for each step. Everyone speaks about how stressful and difficult buying a home is, especially your first. I was really blessed with Aaron because I didnt feel this at all. He and Jessica Crase bent over backwards for me and let me know how much they love locals to be able to buy in our town. I am a single woman, buying by myself, and I thought for sure Id be a target for unscrupulous brokers. But I have run my rates and home by others and I really did get a great mortgage and a great home. I am beyond blessed that I met these two. Thank you both.
