What can I say about Diane? She was wonderful! My parents have been working with her in the Tahoe area for probably the last 8 years. I have always loved Tahoe and would even go on some of their real estate adventures. I came up to Tahoe on my yearly vacation this summer and came home with a new house in Tahoe! I did not come up to buy...Diane showed my parents an amazing home on over an acre of wooden land and 2 homes! They called me and said Shannon...come look at this house! I did and immediately said uh oh! I knew it was my dream home. She worked tirelessly to negotiate repairs, price reductions, and got the previous homeowner to throw in some other amenities like bikes & hammocks. We closed quickly and everything was easy peasy. We even did a lot of the DocuSigns and things from our campground. Being a first time home buyer I was nervous and as we walked through the home she was thorough and listened to my concerns. She was reassuring and made sure everything was addressed. Im so thankful for everything Diane did. She has even reached out and provided handyman #s and checked in to see how we are enjoying the home. Im pretty sure Ive gained a lifelong friend. Diane was very responsive and my home sold immediately. I appreciated that she hired a professional photographer to showcase my home including drone photos, especially since the location and the lot of my home were such a selling point.
