This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I cant recommend it enough! The hot tub has reopened which is fantastic, and the restaurant next door is my favorite in the Tahoe basin. The rooms/decor throughout the property are SO cute - the design is truly top notch and make the stay so enjoyable. The location cant be beat, you can walk to shows, the beach, breweries, etc - highly recommend!

Perfect place! Nice revamped Inn in inspired Ace hotel style. Quality decoration and lighting! Nice beds and quiet location. 8 minutes walk to the Gondola. Cool and cozy lobby with fireplace, comfortable sofas, board games, movie night and free coffee/tea, snacks. Easy free parking and nice staff. Toulouse restaurant just beside the hotel adds to it too. Warm and well designed hotel/Inn. Just pool is not heated and closed in winter, hot tub is way too small to accomodate 4 pers Great for family. We will return. Rooms: Cozy, warm, comfortable. Walkability: 8 minutes from the Gondola.

Great pet-friendly hotel and walking distance to Heavenly gondola. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are the definition of cozy, easy parking and great late checkout option. Some cons: no room daily service, coffee in the lobby not great so you have to go somewhere in the morning for good quality stuff.
