Excellent customer Service by Branch Manager, Tim Slais. My family has been involved in an accident due to severe weather storm and we were towed to Lake Tahoe. Insurance organized rental car through Enterprise branch in South Lake Tahoe. There were 32 reservations and much less cards available due to weekend and when I explained my situation, Mr Tim called all available options and managed to find one from Reno. Since we were injured and need to get back home for medical assistance, He gave one of his vehicles and sent us away. He could've said a simple NO due to booked out reservation. But instead, went a true ABOVE & BEYOND to assist his customers....we are truly grateful for his service and appreciate Tim for all his efforts and empathy he bestowed on us when we needed it the most.

Craig and Tim are great together! First, I was able to reserve a car a week in advance. Then, a few simple steps led me into my rental Craig was quick in the 10 min process. Tim kept great company while John processed my reservation. From there, I enjoyed my over night trip to my destination, and rest assured- the next time Im in need of a rental, I know I can count on convenience. Here Is A professional team who cares.

My car's under repair. Looks like insurance rental is not their priority. Never got a call back from the person i talked on the phone didnt pick me up on scheduled time online. not a single call to tell me id be supid waiting for nothing! I'm leaving AAA coz of them. My mom switching too coz i handle her account. Never ever want this same experience again for me or my mom

I went from car rental place to car rental place after my reservation was accepted by Hertz even though they never reopened from a recent fire evacuation, and I even tried 3 more places in South Lake Tahoe that were also closed without notice, and they just had a sign at the desk. I spent 2 hours on the phone and dragged my luggage around town. I was stranded until I got to this Enterprise. I don't know the name of the gentleman that helped by giving me his last vehicle ,while dealing with some issues with other vehicles, but he was great. I was very upset and he had his hands full, but he was extremely kind and understanding, and was thorough and quick with giving the vehicle. I appreciate his kindness and attention, and I will be going to the area regularly, and I denounce my status with other rental companies and will be renting here. Thank you so much!
