My recent appointment for a hearing test with Dr Ramacho was very pleasant and informative. She explained each test and thoroughly reviewed the results after, taking the time to answer all my questions. I left with a much better understanding of my hearing health and therefore able to make better, more informed decisions. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have been a patient of JeanneAnne for almost a year now, and I can't say enough about her knowledge and intelligence, her caring and follow-through, her honesty and empathy. Let me just say that from my home in the Bay Area to her offices in Capitola the drive is almost two hours -- the drive home another two hours -- and it is worth every minute that I spend in the car. Know that at sixty-nine years old, my time is extremely valuable to me!
She's a gift, and I couldn't be more grateful that my hearing is in her hands.
