This business literally shut down the restaurant they now work out of. Ruining a business and leaving the employees without jobs. (few years back) If that wasn't enough to prove to people the owners don't really care about anything but money...they will not let you out of your contract even if you are moving out of the area. Its a small town and people don't make much, gas is expensive, and $100 a month for something you cant use is wrong. Sonora sport has friendlier people and will work with you, not against you if you are moving or having a hard time paying your bills and need to cancel. This state is not cheap and businesses should be helping people not taking their last penny. Especially for someone who just wanted to be a little healthier. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, You'll be so much happier.

My wife has been a member and instructor at Sierra Flow Fitness since before day one. Ive rebuffed her invitations and pressure to come to one of her Pound classes for years. I decided to join their 6 week challenge recently with some doubt about my ability/desire to commit to it. What Ive discovered is an environment and culture that values my health and experience first. Im in my mid 40s and my aches and pains were starting to stop me from doing things like home improvements, honey do lists and tying my shoes lol. I chalked it up to just getting older.
I have found that after a few weeks of the classes that Im stronger, more confident and the back and knee pains I had are gone. Most importantly to me I feel so much stronger and healthy. What Im really encouraged by is the team there doing the training. Susan and April really care about the health and well being of everyone who interacts with them! Their passion is evident in their trainers and team. I have especially enjoyed my trainings with Travis because he takes the time to explain how the movements work and pushes me to feel the difference. Long review..I know but if youre like me and thought going to the gym was for meatheads and already fit people Im here to tell you I was wrong. Its a place you can be a beginner or professional and fit in. It truly is a diverse and positive environment and Im excited to be part of it. Im just embarrassed (or humbled) it took me this long to listen to my wife.
