Apparently the original store location of the famous chain. Props for keeping it updated. The retail chain itself is whatevs, as in it's for high end kitchen ware for people who like to roleplay as a chef.

Celeste is a retail rockstar! She helped me out while a kitchen class was going on in their demonstration kitchen in the last hour of the stores operating day with fining my parents some afternoon tea snacks. She even offered to wrap them for me since she knew they were gifts. She did all this while answering phones and making sure the people on hold were being taken care of as well. Shes the reason in person retail is such a delight vs. shopping online! Major kudos to her and the original Williams-Sonoma store team! Just absolutely above and beyond!

Love this original store! Purchased a suite of Breville small appliances in Sea Salt. They look fabulous on my white counter tops, and I use them regularly. Smart oven air fryer, so easy to use. Barista express, I use every day, and the sous Chef food processor is helping me cook more than ever! Dawn Murray was so delightful and helpful! Thank you, Dawn, for getting me back in love with my kitchen

Had a great time visiting the Original Williams-Sonoma Flagship store. The original WS logo aprons are great! Got to see Chucks house and the original store as we are big fans and really enjoyed it. Worth a visit if in Sonoma!

Customer service through the floor. Would not let us cancel an order for a turkey less than 24 hours after ordering on Nov 8th. Said its been processed. Criminal organization. I hope theyre stock plummets and the people come with pitch forks and torches
