It is nice to come on the reviews and see how the bad ones are either current or past tenants that have issues. If they are current tenants its nice to know that Bay Property can pass this information on to the owner since it is public information and they can see what difficulties Bay property has with those types of tenants. People only come on here when they dont get there way and want to vent and DO NOT tell the whole story. #onesidedstory

We had feces coming out of the drainage in our driveway for a week. Called bay property management in soledad multiple times, nothing was done for 7 days until we contacted the salinas office who actually took care of the problem.

Very unsatisfied with Bay Property management. Extremely unprofessional and not able to explain why they use a scoring system and then not tell the customer what score they were given per category to make sure there information was processed correctly. Amanda the office manager was extremely rude, speaks over you while your trying to talk. Learn customer service skills along with correct explanations of a system that your company uses that apparently you have no idea of how it works.

I have been working with Bay property management ( SOLEDAD office) for about 3 yrs now. I am currently the plumber they use on call after hours and on daily calls. I have seen with my own eyes that the employees from the office get really angry tenants because an owner does not approve of a work order or just cant get an approval. I make my own schedule and Bay property has to wait on my schedule and that is difficult for people to understand. I have gone to a home in soledad and the tenant was yelling that the manager refused to send someone over sooner when I stated that " No it was not the manager it was that I could not come sooner because I am a independent contractor and I had other appointments to finish. I am sorry you think that but that's wrong" Tenants think that it always the soledad office who is giving them difficulties. BAY PROPERTY is a management company they do not make the decisions for the owner on work or the property that has issues in the home they need authorization like I do to enter their home. I have to have approval form Bay property then the owner to start any work I do.
