I called Ismael on Monday and he was out the same afternoon to go over the details of the scope of work that I had mentioned that I would like to have done. After discussing the details I realized that he provided more services aside from the one that I was originally hiring him for. After a brief discussion we agreed to the terms and he was out the very next day. I have a very large property so aside from quality I look for carefulness and cleanliness of the work area. Ismael did a superb job from start to finish and I could not be happier with the results. I must admit that I was a bit hesitant because as a consumer I read reviews and seeing his first and only review be a poor one almost made me hire another company but I am very happy to have called him reviews are not always a reflection of the owner and I understand that not everyone can be pleased. However, in these circumstances I see that Ismael is very professional and responsible. He did an amazing job and I will definitely keep referring him to people that I know.
