Drive thru lags and when you go to the second drive thru speaker they take so long they left u 2 cars in back when you where their first.bad service for drive thrus to long of a wait

Tried this stop in Soledad, pretty good, drive thru, walk in, pickup, ap order. Tried the new McPlant, not bad. Tastes like a grilled burger. If you use the ap, you can customize it.

Normally I dont go to the soledad one because theyre not friendly at all .. all the times Ive gone maybe once or twice Ive gotten a friendly person.but this morning the girl that took my order didnt sound like she wanted to be there very rude and when i got to the window her face showed that she didnt want to be there and she appeared to be some kind of management because she was wearing a gray sweater. I get it was early but I stopped on my way to work. If shes not a morning person maybe she should work nights. I just dont appreciate bad customer service especially when Im trying to just get to work in a good mood but dealing with grumpy fast food workers id rather spend more money and go to Starbucks and get friendlier customer service. I wont go back to this McDonalds again and its unfortunate i work in soledad.

I rarely ever give reviews or ever do this I said double cheeseburger plain they gave me one with Pattys one without pattys ? And not plain ? No pride in there work at least kitchen . Not acceptable!

Perfectly fine McDonalds that acted as a pit stop on our trip home up the 101. Curbside delivery was quick and accurate. One star docked as one of the hamburgers had definitely been on the warming shelf for too long, and tasted dry with part of the bun feeling toasted on the outside.
