I've lived in several apartments in my life and this is by far the worst managed. They send out letters of rules and policies and nobody respect them. One of the rules is that you cannot plant anything direct into their dirt. Neighbors yards are full of plants and trees, so I decided to plant 5 tomatoes 3 of them in the dirt and 2 in containers. I received a warning notice that I need to remove them or I would be ask to leave. They expect you to maintain the backyard with no supply shed, your own tools, no water access, no nothing. Took out the tomatoes out of dirt and left the ones in buckets. Neighbors yards are nice and green and I get a dried up piece of nothing but weeds.
