Great service. My toilet broke and they came and replaced my toilet for a flat rate of $650 including the toilet.They did this within 24 hours.

When we called this company they promptly showed up, and evaluated our job. It was a small job so their contract said it would take 3 days to draw the plans.  We were removing one wall between the kitchen and dining room. We signed the contract and paid in full.  They PROMPTLY cashed our check.  Then, it took over 3 weeks to get the plans.  Numerous phone calls from my daughter and our contractor produced numerous excuses and promises.  They repeatedly promised the plans would be complete "on Tuesday, then Thursday, then Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday".  My daughter was so distraught she told her husband, (Who is deployed in Iraq). Finally my son-in-law, called them from Iraq!!  And the job was completed the next day!! Really! That's what it took?  Sad!  Don't hire them! And, if you do, don't pay them until the job is done!
