The company sealed a balcony for me. A few months later there was a leak under the balcony into my garage. They came out immediately and discovered the leak was coming from an electrical outlet installed by a different company, but they went ahead and fixed it for me anyway without charge. Excellent service and attitude.

Don, and his nephew Ken, came to our rescue in between the torrential rains to repair my crumbling deck. In between their work on the deck, they used their MacGyver Skills to repair and renew, anything water-damaged from the old deck. This was after meticulously cleaning up all the demo rubble from the upstairs deck. While attempting to change the light bulb on the back porch's very high ceiling, the globe was filled with water from the previously leaking deck and could have shorted out all of our electrical, but Don and Ken saved the day once again. They are letting it dry to change the whole socket connection so we'll be safe! These men are true gentlemen who are highly skilled and want to make sure their clients are happy and secure! They are a dynamic duo, of great skill and kindness. They are more than fair in their pricing, they are humble experts at everything they have done! Wow, you will be so delighted with this wonderful team!! I am sharing this, as it was a blessing to find them through happy neighbor referrals. The deck is a masterpiece, I've never seen one so pretty, it looks like fancy tile artistically applied, using a dark decking material. The quality, value, and care of their work are unsurpassed. They are both masters in their trade and exceptional craftsmen who take pride in their work and provide caring and excellent customer service. I'm so delighted to share my pure joy in hiring this wonderful team. They are careful of your pet(s) to make sure they are safe! They are truly a family business with heart.

Don and his team went above and beyond for us. Long story short, we hired a general contractor who didn't slope our deck properly. Don and his crew were hired by this same general contractor to lay down the deck material and finalize the process, but Don was not responsible for sloping it. The problem came when it started to rain. Our deck simply wasn't draining. And the water was standing, inches deep, in a few places. I literally had to take a push broom and push water into the drain for over half an hour to get it dry. Our general contractor tried to tell us that should be expected. They were trying to get out of fixing the situation. Thankfully, Don came to check on the deck and confirmed that it wasn't sloped right. He spoke to the general contractor for us and was adamant about making this right. Even though he wasn't the one who was originally responsible for sloping it, Don and his crew came out and fixed everything within a matter of a couple weeks! He really fought for us and made sure the general contractor held up his end. I don't know what we would've done without him. The deck looks beautiful now, and we are so excited to lay down furniture now that everything is fixed. Basically, if you want an honest man who stands by his work and will go the extra mile to make sure it gets done right, go with Don! Thank you, guys, for all the hard work and advocating for us. We would've had an unusable deck if it wasn't for you.
