Yes, in 2 days they will close forever, so I went yesterday to see what the fuss was alll about. Well, it seems that Cutesense actually is a very good toy store, and the LEGO area like many other were partially empty, and sections were already barricaded off.

I don't think this is a physical storefront but an online store. Anyway, I came across Cutesense after I googled for a discontinued Hello Kitty Loungefly purse. Cutesense was the only store that still carried this particular purse (purple, barrel shaped with a sakura/Hello Kitty motif). The price was way cheaper than the other store I was considering. Shipping was fast and the purse arrived in mint condition. This is not a used purse. It came with its own bag and the tags were still on them. It also smelled new! As far as I can tell, it's not a knock off either. I browsed through their website and it looks like they carry other items such as Doremon, Pokemon etc. This place is like a Kawaii lover's wet dream!

I went to purchase a plush Totoro backpack from Cutesense.com. What made me purchase the bag was that I had purchased the same exact one online through ebay once before and I wanted to get a replacement because of how much I loved the bag. I ordered it on Sept. 5, 2012 and I didn't hear anything from them. I had sent them emails asking when my item would be shipped. I never got a reply. on Sept 21, I called Cutesense.com at their phone number, and I told them my invoice number and that I had made a purchase on the 5th and that I hadn't heard anything back from them. They said they'd be getting my bag back in stock on Sept 22, 2012 that they would expedite my shipping free of charge and it should be there by next week. Today I went to my mailbox and I got the package, I opened it. They sent me the wrong bag. They didn't even tell me they didn't have the bag that I had ordered in stock anymore, or even offer to give me my money back. If they had just told me they no longer had the item in stock I would have happily taken my money back but instead they chose to waste $6 bucks of mine for shipping it to me, and then they just sent me a bag that's not even what I ordered. I will never shop here again, and I am going to call them on monday to demand a refund.Do not try emailing them, they will NOT reply to you your best bet is to just CALL them.Will never shop here again!!!
