Ive experienced what I feel to be racism in several occasions. It really sucks. We all know Simi Valley isnt welcoming to people of color (African Americans/blacks). Its really sad when you go for assistance to the state and being told you cant be serviced somewhere, then having to go an hour away to Telephone red to be serviced. This was my first 2 experiences at this location over a year ago but the racism so remains. Ive decided to just file an official complaint with the state fair housing and employment. No one should have to go through this.

Most of the ladys there are rude and ignorant i turned in a paper to confirm that i have disabled my old insurance and got a new one and they told me it processed. Well when i called my doctor to make an appointment they told me that i still had the same insurance as before (keep it mind i called a week later so the paper processed) so im guessing they lost my paper now i got to sit in line all over again terrible service

Seriously not sure if anyone actually helps here anymore after covid my family is homeless and I am disabled with ssd and I work part time I have a wife and 3 children all under the age of 10 but for some reason I owe money to them when my families card info had been stolen by someone who took out our families money and we don't get calworks no more because I apparently get to much for a family of 5 which btw 20 hours forv15.50 and ssdi under 1300 tell me why I see people with better pay and a home to go to get more then my family

Hard time getting someone to answer the phone but I can get Gold Coast on the phone in a few mins. When I visit the medi cal facility, I can go there but still have to wait awhile. Its annoying!
