I am a retired Realtor. When I needed somebody to help me sell my mother's home in my hometown, I did lots of research and came to the conclusion that Alex Gandel offered the best option. If you don't already know this, realtors all charge the same commission in the same area. If somebody is charging less, they are offering you fewer or lower-quality services. Alex, on the other hand, is what I call a "FULL SERVICE" realtor. He provided help at all points in the process and the pictures were top-notch. The house sold quickly and for above the asking price, even as the market was crashing. My experience was everything I expected it to be. Thanks to Alex and his entire team for making this as smooth as it could be!

I used Alex and his son Brad to sell my house in Northridge. He and his team were amazing. He had one person responsible for marketing and staging. Another person responsible for escrow. We asked a price with Alex's blessing that we knew was a potential pipe dream. When it came to the open house we had probably a hundred people and they just weren't leaving. When It sold, it was a record price in the neighborhood. This was all Alex. Thank you Alex!

They are an appealing family and team So when it came time to sell our house due to some disastrous circumstances, I immediately called him. I liked him the moment I met him. I trusted him the moment I met him Even tho we had talked for just a few minutes on the phone, he came prepared with a very thorough, professional marketing plan. It had all the answers that I had wanted to ask.and more. I brought a very good friend with me to our meeting, and she was equally impressed. He gave my husband and me a timeline to find a prospective buyer and accomplished it! He and his equally accomplished staff returned every call, every text, every email the same day or the following morning. They are personable, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with every aspect of the sale.. They are specialists in every sense of the word. They explained and talked us through every document that needed signing. We did it all through email and did not have to go to their offices.
