Kelly set a record in my neighborhood for the sale of my home. Highest sale and price per square feet. I cant say enough wonderful things about Alba. By some miracle, we were paired with Alba upon requesting information on a home on Zillow. We werent in a rush to buy, so Alba periodically sent us listing based on our wants and told us to let her know when we were ready. There was no feeling of pressure and she had the absolute best attitude. Right around the time my fianc and I decided it was time to buy, Alba texted saying she found the perfect house for us. She wasnt kidding. She remembered everything we wanted and found the PERFECT house. She worked with us on every level to make sure we were going in with the right offer, helped us negotiate, and we got the house!
