We are Real Estate Consultants/Agents and hired Steve to sell a property that was too far from our home. He was very conscientious, responsive and understanding of our needs & desires. He really stayed on top of the Listing & the Escrow until closing even while on a short vacation. From one Real Estate Agent to another, we would highly recommend him!

Steve is our current landlord and is by far the best weve had. We moved back to CA from idaho and with all the stress of moving steve was the easiest part of it. He had the home deep cleaned and all the trees and hedges trimmed before move in. He isnt a nosey landlord but is a phone call or text away when you need him. Our water heater stopped working and within an hour steve was here to try to troubleshoot and when he couldnt fix it he replaced it same day. We cannot recommend him enough!
