Top Plumbers First the fact that they can address all three is fantastic, because you can deal with one provider who knows your house and your needs. They couldn't be more responsive. We bought a new (old) house and moved in less than a week ago. Record breaking cold has brought to life issues with heating and a resulting pipe freeze. Joe, the owner, came out himself and spent hours looking at and assessing the problems. His approach was to prioritize the issues, explain why, and focused on comfort with minimal disruption (cutting of walls, ceilings, etc.). We are awaiting our estimate now for the first several areas. The very next day, we had a frozen pipe. Joe came out again, thawed it out, showed us where the water main was, and also had suggestions for prevention as a follow up. Unfortunately, I think I may need to have them on speed dial for a while given this old house, but am glad they are there an willing to help! Highly recommend them!!

If you are reading this, you probably have a leak and are panicked on who to call to fix it. I know exactly how you feel. I discovered water running down the outside of my house coming out of , Upon further investigation, I discovered it soaking into the drywall on the inside of my wall next to the stairwell. Coincidentally, it was directly underneath my a/c and my immediate thought was my a/c pan was overflowing. I immediately called my a/c guy. Great reviews. Discovered it was not my a/c unit. It was working perfectly. I had no idea who to call for plumbing so I went back to Google , To Choice Plumbing only had 3 reviews (at the time) but they were all 5-stars. I gambled and clicked on "Request a quote" and filled out the info. It was after hours but they called back almost immediately. Since I had an active leak but it wasn't a geyser, he agreed to put me at the top of the list the next morning. Two guys showed up the next morning and found the leak within a few minutes. They had to cut out part of my drywall to get to the T-connection in the PEX tubing. They actually showed me where it had been leaking for a while (probably over two years but slowly got worse). Needless to say, I now have around $2000 worth of damage from the leak. The actual plumbing fix with labor and parts was less than $200.00. I woke up one morning to realize that my sewer is backing up in my basement! Oh boy, not the best way to start a day. I started calling some local places with decent ratings and when they didn't call us back after an hour or so, I started to look for more options. I decided to give it a try. I put my message with my name and contact details and I am able to send it to some or I can choose more to include to send. These send as a message to the business and when they reply to you it is also a message. It worked out well. One thing i learned is a plumber isn't used to clear a clogged pipe, you need a pipe cleaning crew. Not all plumbers can do that or have the equipment to do it. A woman from the office called to say they could be out in an hour or 2. The lady on the phone was polite and professional, she discussed the rates they charge and the prices that I may be looking at and I agreed to have them come out. $149.00 to clean out the drain if it takes less than an hour. Not bad. They also followed-up with a message on Yelp to be clear. I felt good, I headed to work and left my wife to work from home and answer any more calls that come to the house. I went to work and headed back home during lunch to try to catch the guy working on our pipes. He was there and gone before I could get there. My clog was under the house which means it wasn't roots or broken pipes between me and the street. There was some good news. My wife said his name was john, he was very friendly and polite also. My wife felt bad for what he had to dig through but he made her feel at ease and went to work. He discovered that it was wet wipes that caused our issue. We will not be flushing those anymore. We have also started buying the flush-able ones to minimize the chance of this happening again. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend these guys. I am keeping them as my preferred plumber of choice.
