I joined the program at Body Brain Train four years ago to control my Parkinson's Disease symptoms and it has definitely improved my quality of life. It offers a variety of activities to keep your body moving and your mind stimulated. The trainers are very knowledgeable and can modify the program to accommodate your abilities (there are members in walkers and amputees who regularly participate).
If you are a senior or someone suffering from a neurological disease (Parkinsons, MS, Alzheimers, etc.) then stop by and try a class or simply observe a class. Ask for me or talk to any of the other members. You will be glad you did.
