        Purchased gift cards for a couples massage for my fiancee and myself to get a massage. No one ever answers the phone , been in communication with them for over a month via text and can't seem to get a time and date set as all they ever say is they don't have 2 massages at the same time available. Called the thousand oaks location and they have multiple appointments available but unfortunately the gift cards I purchased are only redeemable at the Simi valley location. So embarrassing as I purchased the gift cards as a Christmas present...
