I call to get my dad car insurance and they charged $190 just for commission, they never mentioned that to me when I checked my bank account I realized and called them to cancel the policy and get muy money, I got just received part of my money, I called back again and they said that $190 are not refundable, they just stole my money, $190 just for 6 days of car insurance, Bad company

Thank you Richard Fisher and Blue Sky Insurance! I was in a 4 vehicle accident almost a year ago. Within 5 minutes of impact, my first call after the police department was my insurance broker. He took my call on his time off, while on the golf course with clients. Before CHP arrived to take our report, his assistant had a claim number and an auto body referral located just a few miles away. By the time I arrived at the auto body, there was a rental vehicle waiting for me at the facility, comparable in class to the car I own. From the photos of my vehicle and the one that hit me, you can see there was EXTENSIVE damage. It was four months before I got my car back and throughout the process Rich and his team called for updates and inquired about any additional questions or requests I may have. The auto body they referred was amazing. I've worked with Rich for over 11 years now and trusted him with our business, homes and vehicles (at one point it was 6 cars at one time with 3 teenage boy drivers!). Since I changed insurance agencies to McPherson Insurance, my automobile rates have gone down and the quality of my homeowners insurance has increased. The level of customer service has gone way up. They are very helpful and attentive . Phil and Mary McPherson also strongly support our community. I would absolutely recommend the agency!
