Hiring Dallara Law was the worst choice we ever made. We were told the case would be simple. It lasted 14 months and cost thousands more than anticipated. Never made it to court they negotiated the case which is not what we asked for. GO TO MEDIATION if you have a family law case. Do not waste your money having them do the exact same thing.

I was motivated to reach out to Dallara Law because of their comprehensive online description of Special Needs Trusts.  Sadly, I had to learn just now that the firm will consult with you only if you go to their office in person.  The person answering my call (Ms Apperson) informed me that this is their company's policy.  Strikes me as overly restrictive considering commuting times/virus situation (Apperson said that all were vaccinated) and the fact that I don't even know how much they will charge and if I hire them.

What can I say other than  wish I could give this law firm 6 stars!  Ken Dallara helped me with a legal issue in regards to my rights as a tenant.  He is incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and honest.  Larissa Massetti is amazing!  She is also incredibly knowledgeable, genuine and completely supportive and understanding.  She answered all my questions and put me at ease.  If you are in need of legal counsel for any reason I would highly recommend meeting with Ken and Larissa.
