Each time I shop at our local CVS in woodranch Bill always gives 110% to customer service. People like this are hard to come by.

Called to have my prescriptions filled and was told that theyre busy. However, she said that if I were to show up in person, my wait time would have been 10 min. Showed up for my prescriptions behind a long line of people and was told that Id have to wait 25-30 min. Fine. But the guy behind the counter also said he would notify me when those prescriptions are ready. That did not happen. About 35 min later I approached the pickup area and was told that my prescriptions were ready to go. If I had not been proactive I would have been wandering around CVS for eternity! Dont promise something you dont want to keep!

It was a good experience. Your employee Bill at the checkout made my shop easy and enjoyable. He always greets me with courtesy and respect. He is very polite and remembers my name every time. (And I only shop there once a month.) Bill applied my extra bucks with ease. As well as included the sale price without any difficulty. Also was able to answer my question about the chocolates without checking with another employee or boss. He is a model employee. And always makes my visits pleasant and simple. He deserves a raise!
