All Joann's are a mess. It looks like a bunch of two year olds put stuff away/restock. Management at all stores should have secret shoppers with video recorders go into store. That way they know what the store looks like and how customers are being treated.

The shelves in the yarn dept are horrid. They need to replace the yarns on a regular basis. I used to go in their at least once a week since I live so close to it but I wont go in there until the air conditioner is fixed. Its been broken for at least 2 months. Yea sure they shortened their hours but nothing has changed. We, at our house, have central air that occasionally will break and it will be out until the repairman fixes it (1 week at most) so I dont see any need for it to be broken for as long as it has been. My god its a business.
