So one day ago I posted a review of this shop along with submitting a request to the Corporate Franchise stating their franchisees customer service is lacking. I was told that all shops are privately owned and basically they didn't care. This is further proof that the entire Maaco Franchise customer service does not care about the customer. If you were to have a much bigger problem then this I would not count on having the backing of the Franchise to assist you in a resolution. All of this over simply replacing a $100 worth of parts they broke to begin with.

Excellent experience, having my vehicle repaired. They worked with my insurance company GEICO. I am very satisfied!

This fairly new Maaco is a great addition to the community. They are a highly professional staff. They do amazing work at a tremendous value. I was going to only partially paint my 1993 Jaguar XJ6 (30 years old) and we tried matching, but the Maaco guys called me inn the middle of the job and said it wasnt matching so well, due to Sun fade on the old parts. They offered me a very fair deal to paint the entire car. I am so happy I did. Great value for a great price. I highly recommend this shop!!

I went to them knowing that I wasnt going to get a showroom finish, but I thought I would have received better service than I did. To start they did not deliver the car anywhere close to the day promised. As a matter of fact they were not able to deliver the car as promised on three separate promises. The first instance was the fats that the body guy removed side molding and was not able to reuse them. I had to purchase new moldings which extended the time to get it finished. Ok I can understand that. Once they had the new moldings in hand I was told the car would be done on a particular day. That day came and the car was no where near completion so I was told another day. As that day approached I checked in and was told again that the car was not ready. I informed the representative that I was going to be leaving out of town for over a week and we needed the car back. I was assured and promised the car would be ready on Friday before I left. That Friday came and I received a call from the representative saying they had to remove additional moldings from the roof prior to painting the car and they would not be able to get them reinstalled by the end of the day. I had to tell them that I will take care of the molding just so my wife could have the car back before I left. We went to pick up the car after hours. They had not installed the rear passenger door handle and I noticed the connectors to the windshield washer sprayers were broken. I had to install the door handle. They lost the mounting screws for the handle and I had to find new ones. I had to take the time (about four hours) to straighten and reinstall them myself. I went back to them and simply asked for them to replace the hose, connectors, and the sprayers for the windshield washer. At first it seemed like they were willing to do it but I didnt hear back from them so I called. Again I was told that they would take care of it and again I would not hear back. After about three weeks of trying to get them to replace the parts I was told that per their agreement they are not responsible for broken items. I told them that was fine and I could understand that however, then I want to be compensated for my time to reinstall the door handle and the roof molding about five hours at their shop rate of $75 an hour $375 or simply replace a $100 worth of broken parts. After another week of back and forth with them I was told that if I bought the parts they would install them. WOW how generous. I can install them. So I would not expect to get your car when promised and you will probably have to go back and forth with them in order to get everything done. You will always have to reach out to them as they have a hard time communicating with you.
