Carstar Simi Valley restored my car to its former glory before I got rear ended on the 405 in my brand new 2023 4Runner with not even 15,000 miles on it. I was super bummed when the accident happened, and I am very picky with the mechanics and shops I use for servicing my vehicle so when I met Lance and I could tell this shop was a solid 10/10, it put my worries at ease and I could tell I was going to be in good hands. Even when my insurance company was giving them a hard time, Lance and Karina still tried their best to make this a great experience for me and returned my vehicle in stellar shape. I could not have a single complaint with the service I received at this shop. I will be recommending to everyone I know! Thanks again you guys for all your efforts, to everyone at Carstar, you guys are amazing!

CarStar is the most professional company with I ever dealt. Lance made my experience so easy, with no pressure or any worry about my car repairs. He gave an estimate, schedule the repairs, and it happened exactly that way! My car is now fine! Thanks to CarStar!!

My car had a run in with the garage door and needed repair. Everyone here was so friendly. Their communication was on point through the entire process . They even had my car back to me faster than expected and it looked brand new again! Highly recommend.
