    I recently checked out The Landing at Arroyo and honestly, it was pretty cool. The place looks well-kept, and even though its clear people actually live here, everythings in top shape. The vibe was friendly too; people were chill, nodding or saying hi as I walked around. The club room caught my eye seemed like a decent spot to hang out. The residents I bumped into seemed genuinely nice. Its got this neighborhood feel where it seems easy to fit in, even for someone like me, moving in solo. Looking for a new spot, I wanted something that felt more like a community than just another apartment complex. The Landing at Arroyo feels like it could be that place. Im pretty much sold on moving in.

    My experience at The Landing at Arroyo has been nothing short of exceptional, compelling me and my family to enthusiastically renew our lease, cementing our contentment in calling this place our home. After a year and a half, the propertys pristine condition is a testament to the meticulous upkeep, making everything feel as fresh and inviting as the day we moved in. The sense of community here is unparalleled; the residents are incredibly welcoming, fostering an environment where lasting friendships bloom effortlessly. Our social life has flourished, especially in the communal club room, where families gather, and children play, creating memories in a nurturing environment. The management by Greystar stands out, embodying professionalism and warmth, with the building manager at the forefront. Her responsiveness, friendliness, and exceptional organizational skills set the tone for the entire staff, ensuring the administrative operations are seamless and resident-focused. This level of service and community spirit is why we are overjoyed to extend our stay for another year. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making The Landing at Arroyo a perfect sanctuary for my family. We are beyond satisfied and look forward to continuing our journey here as very happy residents.

    Not worth the money at all. I have lived here for 14 months now and was the 1st residents to live in this unit. We were hesitant to renew our lease because our recent issues were not resolved, so we have chosen to pay an additional $250 per month while we wait for our concerns to be resolved. MOLD- We reported mold on the walls inside our master closet, they came and wiped it off with bleach and then had the unit tested for moisture then took no action to address the mold. We had to pay out of pocket for someone to come and check for mold. Once we reported it to them again, they continued to only talk about moisture even after clearly reporting visible mold several times. We explained to them that our daughter has an autoimmune disease, the manager ensured us that our health was their priority. Yet their actions say otherwise. SUDDENLY NO HOT WATER IN KICHEN- there has been numerous 24 hour notices to enter our unit to work on a plumbing issue they are attempting to fix for our building. During one of their numerous visits our hot water in the kitchen stopped working. I have reported this several times and it is still not resolved. QUIET TIME HOURS NOT ENFORCED- our upstairs neighbors who moved in a few months ago do not observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am. The office staff is aware, security is aware, reports continue to be made by security and no action is taken. They banging around and yelling keeping us awake at night disrupting our sleep. No action is taken, the behaviors continue.

    It's quite big apartment complex. There are some units come with garage and storage. Clean and there is picnic space. Staff is very nice, friendly and work professionally.
