The truth is I don't recommend living here because it's always the same with the office thing a year ago the same thing happened to me with the renewal of my contract now it's the same I have more drum month I soften leaving email from you and nothing that gives me a solution contract renovation

Maintenance is great here. I've been living here for two years and they are always great when something arises. My Smart Lock recently needed new batteries and when the SmartRent app put in ticket by itself, Mick came right away and replaced the batteries. It was fast and efficient. Took less than five minutes. Great job Mick.

Josh was excellent with his assistance at front desk and his customer service is exceptional. He helped me resolve an issue I was having for a long time. This is a major improvement to our appartment complex. Thank you Josh for your help and quality of assistance

For over 7 years, we've resided in Meadowood apartments as co-residents and primary occupants, handling all rent, HOA, and property insurance payments from our account. When my husband lost his job, we requested a rent transfer from corporate account, but the management not allowed it but also insisted on reapplying with higher rates. They refused to refund the deposit and disregarded our seven-year residence history. It was an incredibly unfair situation. We were listed as co-residents, paid all rent, HOA and property insurance from our bank account for all these years and our names were listed as insurance holders. We can't keep the history of residence and the rent payment will be increased for the second time in the twelve months. Beware!

I would like to give a shout out to the maintenance team; seor Marco, Vicky, Chris, and Mick. We have been here for 2 years in 2 different units and I have to say the maintenance team have made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoy our conversations with Marco and Vicky because they always have an attentive ear to our concerns. Meadowood wouldnt be as great as it is if it werent for the maintenance team. -C
