I recently refinanced with Rich and I was so glad I did. I was able to eliminate 7 years of mortgage payments by going down to a 15 year loan. I also got a little money back from the loan, so that was cool too. You should refinance with Rich if youre looking.

So I have two friends that are loan officers and I asked them each for the best rate they could do on a refinance. It was Rich that was able to offer me the best rate and so I went with him. He was also very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process, Id be happy to work with him again.

So I recently asked Rich to take a look at the Loan Estimate for my refinance in Texas.
