Custom Smile Dentistry

I've been going to Custom Smile for a little over a year now (couple cleanings/fillings) and can't recommend them more. It's obvious how much Dr Nguyen and his dental assistants actually care about their patients, and the receptionist is truly a dear. Going to the dentist has never been fun but because of them I genuinely look forward to my visits.

This is way over due, but I love this office! I've been coming here for a couple of years now and there's no other dental office I want to go to. Previously I've had dentists tell me my teeth were going to fall out if I didn't have all these procedures and I've had numerous gum surgeries, but after seeing Dr. Nguyen I finally feel I am in honest hands. I've received such amazing treatment by the whole staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr Nguyen along with Nick took me in during these tough times (04/02/2020) Pandemic. I broke my tooth and called and left a message. Within minutes Nick called me back and made me an appointment he following day. From when I arrived to sitting in the chair, they made me feel comfortable. What was amazing is that they went to work right away and saved my tooth as well as did the cap in house. Truly remarkable to see how advanced Dr Nguyen is along with his staff. Never ever I have seen such technology first hand. Custom Smile Dentistry will be my dentist for life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me during these rough times.

After my Dentist of many years moved away, I tried different dentists in the area. After trying 4 different dentist offices and having bad experiences, I was blessed to find this office. First, the doctor is very careful and meticulous. He takes time needed to ensure the procedure is done correctly. He also takes the time to explain each step and show you the images of what is going on. I am impressed with his numbing technique. Quick and straight to the nerve! The cleaning technician, Jenny, is fantastic! I absolutely love her work. The front desk staff is very kind, professional and accommodating. I havent had any issues with billing snd insurance coverage. The office staff take care of everything, and are very upfront with any charges your Inssuramce may not cover. I had to have a procedure that needed follow up. I would get calls from the office to ask me how I was feeling. When I had pain, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and see me right away. Now, they are also seeing both my kids. I highly recommend Custom Smile Dentistry.

Everyone at this office has it together.   I had some great dentists.  I mistakenly thought they were all great and interchangeable.   Then I moved to Sierra Madre and just picked a random dentist.  Mistake.   I went to a second dentist.  Mistake.   Either they messed up my insurance information, or they would have me waiting in the waiting room long after my appointment should have started, or had crazy hours that couldn't accommodate my work schedule, or were brusque, or took an insanely long time to just do a cleaning.   But not this place.   Their office manager does a great job of making the appointments and dealing with the insurance.  She she sends email and text reminders.   I always get seen within ten minutes (usually less) of my appointment time.   I can always make an after work appointment.  The dental hygienists are quick, thorough, and super friendly.    I found Dr. Nguyen to be very friendly, clear, and available.  This place just seems well run.
