Wow! These guys really saved me. We had an issue with our grinder and sump pump and our barrel was completely full. The plumber couldn't do anything until it was emptied. I reached out to a bunch of other vendors but Western was the fastest to help. They were very responsive and kept me informed of their schedule and when they would be here, which was important to coordinate with our plumber. They were prompt, clean, and great to work with. They really helped out when we were in a very bad situation. Highly recommend using them for your septic needs.

Extremely refreshing to find a contractor that cares about doing the job right! Hired Western Slope Septic to drain my septic tank. They were professional, arrived on time, and quickly drained both tanks. The last outfit that came out only emptied one of the tanks. They also removed the filter and washed it thoroughly. I didn’t even know there was a filter since the other guys didn’t remove the filter or even empty the tank that contained the filter. The filter was completely clogged since it had never been cleaned. I would highly recommend Western Slope Septic for any septic issues or draining.

The gentlemen at Western Slope are very professional, they were very prompt with our appointment time, which is not very common with other companies in this field from my experience. They were extremely professional and so friendly, I never would have thought I’d say a septic truck was pretty, but it was the nicest truck I’ve ever seen! I love that they’re a small family owned business, I will always use them from now on and they definitely have my recommendation to anyone that asks for one! Service: Outdoor system repair
