        They have been updating BSA Troop 454s Eagle Plaques for ages. Arnolds has always been very professional and timely. Their products are high quality. This time, when theyd added another Eagle Scout on the plaque, I totally forgot to pick it up before they closed on Friday. They knew we had a Court of Honor this weekend where we present the plaque with their names on it. They contacted me and made extraordinary efforts to assist us, even though it was my mistake. Thanks to their efforts, all four Eagle Scouts were able to see their names properly placed on the perpetual plaque. Thank you ever so much!!!!

        I goofed up and forgot to order my sons soccer trophies. I called at 3:30 pm on Friday and needed them that weekend. I figured I was SOL but gave a call anyway just in case - they had them ready in an 1 1/2 hours for pick, including engravings! Very impressed.
