Mike C, Roy, Butch & Dylan did an excellent job installing our new HVAC, ducting and whole house fan. The two day job was completed in one day. Ryan Rawson made sure everything was set up and ready for the day of the install. Greet customer service and great quality work. I highly recommend Good Guys and we will use them again.

Excellent work, extremely satisfied with the entire good guys crew! Clean, courteous and on time, protected the inside of our home with booties on their feet and tarps placed everewhere the equipment touched, kept us informed on all aspects of work being performed, very pleased, highly recommended. my review of them road raging at me was removed, so ill post it again. One of their people in a company vehicle cut me off and brake checked me on the freeway then pulled over wanting to fight because i wasnt speeding

I contacted Good Guys to fix a malfunctioning thermostat that the manufacture could not help me fix and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Their response was prompt and they worked with me to schedule an appointment that was convenient. The technician who came to my home was not only friendly and professional but also very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my thermostat and explained the problem to me in a way that was easy to understand. The technician also took the time to give me recommendations on steps to take in the future to prevent my issue from happening again. Overall, my experience with Good Guys was outstanding. Their professionalism, expertise, and communication makes it easy to recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
