        This is my opinion The worst attorney I have ever had to deal with She has no problem having elderly people with diagnosed memory deficiencies change wills and trust with total disregard of the family members effected by her lack of conscience I have no idea how the women can sleep at night.

        I am a family law attorney in Contra Costa County who had a family probate matter in El Dorado County for which Jana Ellerman was appointed the attorney for the other party.  The litigation was heated and has been ongoing for years, although Ms. Ellerman's involvement terminated.  I had occasion to work with her and found her to be an honest, knowledgeable, assertive, fair and highly skilled attorney. I gladly refer clients to her and will continue to do so.
