Terri Smith Attorneys At Law

I worked for her and her son years ago, briefly. I quickly realized she and her son Mike Smith, were all about getting retainers and using the monies up without doing one bit of work for clients. Clients would call and leave messages checking on the status of their cases. Mother and son would not return calls but instead would deduct money from retainer just for listening to messages. Neither Terri nor Mike were knowledgeable about the law. Her only claim to fame was graduating from McGeorge School of Law and would mock other attorneys who graduated from less expensive schools. All they do is drag out court cases to milk clients for more money. I quit after a few months as it sickened me to see them take financial advantage of clients that trusted Terri Smith knew about the law, when actually she knew very little.
