I cannot recommend Dr Shim and Southpaw vets highly enough. We had a nightmare getting our travel certificate due to our dog not being vaccinated. Southpaw and the team tried to submit the form and yes it was expensive but when our first attempt failed Southpaw and Dr Shim re submitted the form a few weeks later and were in constant touch . Let me tell you , most vets would charge for the whole process to start again but they didnt. Honestly the best vets in the US !

Great service. Each room is set up to be as comfortable as it can be for your pet. Its not impossible to get in a last minute appointment. Dr Shim is very friendly and thoughtful. She will call back to check on your pet. :) This is an updated review. Im adding one more star. Nala got sick again recently and had to come in for checkups and procedures. First of all, southpaws is the only vet that has availability within the day. They sounded concerned on the phone and offered to move up our appointment due to a last minute cancellation. We really appreciate that! On top of that, Dr Shim happens to be seeing Nala again and shes so gentle and thoughtful. She would patiently listen to all of our concerns, answer any questions from us and provide us with the best possible plan for Nala. Having her as Nalas doctor is our luck. Doctors like her is not easy to find nowadays. So thank you so much, Dr Shim!
