Hanry (not Henry I think) is very honest and hard-working. He went above and beyond to give best service, figured out the problem and economically repaired it! thank you thank you sir .(Old Civic Brake system/Master Cylinder)

2 stars because of the competitive CORPORATE PRICES. ZERO stars for everything else. NEGATIVE stars for the sleeze bag manager that runs this place. From the moment I took my car here to get new tires I was continuously "upselled" to death. Your car needs this, your car needs that. I Decided to give them another chance and took my car in for an oil change because of the ongoing full synthetic coupon. I got there and was told by the manager that they can't honor the coupon because my hybrid toyota requires a "special oil filter" (LOL ridiculous). He will have to charge me full price. I also cant wait for the car because he's backed up and would have to leave it and come back for it. I asked for a time and was told "I dont know" (LOL). Long story short, I took my car to the studio city location. Coupon was honored with ZERO issues. Told them about the whole "special oil filter" the other location was saying and the manager laughed and just shook his head in disbelief. In and out within 30mins with ZERO pressure and no upselling. I feel sorry for the people that continue to take their cars here. If you're reading this review do yourselves a favor and take your car to the studio city location instead. Customer service is 10000X better and you don't get harassed to purchase unnecessary services you dont need.

Henry is car Zeus- so honest, so smart, so reasonable, very very very good at what he does. I would recommend to literally anyone, ever. 100/10 always. The BBbeeeeesssstttttt!!!!!
