This store caused me some major panic today when one of its employees made a pretty big mistake not holding my DHL package like I had called and asked him to, and instead released it to DHL. A day prior, I had made the mistake of not signing the proper documentation for a very expensive item being shipped back to Italy, so when I realized that, i called and spoke to an employee (out of respect, he shall remain nameless but i do hope if he reads this he understands his mistake) who said he would hold the package so I could come by the store and sign the documentation. My intuition told me this guy was frazzled and forgetful, and to check up on it again to make sure he did hold the package, but then i was like eh, and dismissed the thought thinking i was being paranoid. Well fast forward to me coming into the store, and my intuition was right, because that employee wasn't there, but the other employees said that the DHL package wasn't held and was picked up. I was panicked and very stressed out, as i had a feeling my error and the original employee's error may have cost me time and money as my package may have been held up for God knows how long when it finally gets delivered to Italian customs. But what the other employees did, specifically Tony, was go above and beyond to call the DHL driver and ask that he return my package, which he did. When i called the store later, not knowing what Tony did, i breathed a sigh of relief when I was told, and was so grateful that he did that, that i came into the store, signed the documents, thanked him profusely, and left feeling better than ever that someone really cared, and knew that getting this package back was important to me. I have not seen customer service like that in a very long time~ save for that initial mistake, these employees are trustworthy, and will truly do everything in their power to fix their mistake, and help you out, and for that, my faith in humanity is restored, and i am truly grateful!!

My wife stopped by today to pick up our Amazon packages. The lady at the desk acted so rudely that she left the store sure that she had accidentally entered the wrong store since the woman did not answer when she inquired about where to pick up our Amazon packages. Only after going outside and double checking the sign did she realize she was in the right place. After she went back insides, a young man eventually retrieved our packages for her. The lady never acknowledged her at all. I do NOT recommend sending your AMAZON packages to this business. They may be good at other services (which seems unlikely) but they certainly offer poor service to Amazon customers. I dont think they are setup for Amazon since there are no lockers for the packages.
